Say hello to our team
After finishing an apprenticeship, Kathrin took her A-levels and studied business administration with a scholarship programme. As second employee of the German Startups Association and for the past 7 years she was, among other things, Head of Organization and Events and played a decisive role in the development of the now widely established institution.
As managing director Kathrin spearheads REAKTOR.BERLIN, a 6-month acceleration program for pre-seed startups based in Berlin. We'll supercharge your know-how and support you in taking the next step and turn your idea into reality.
Previously, Laure worked in both public and private organizations in France, Senegal and Germany that foster business initiatives, innovations and help companies grow. She has already run 2 accelerator programs in Paris and has a deep knowledge of startups ecosystems.
Inspired by entrepreneurs, innovators, makers, she likes to connect and making people work together to develop ambitious and meaningful projects.
In the past she was the Head of Finance of a Berlin Coworking Space, where she also built up her knowledge and excitement about the startup ecosystem. After two years of working in the public sector she is now back in the startup world, ready to make this accelerator a success, support the startups with administrative issues and take care of everything connected to finances.

One of his passions is the development of the ecosystem. This is why he co-initiated ecosystem Initiatives like the German Startup Association, the Germans Standards Institute, Startbase and others.
As a working-class child, he believes entrepreneurs are made and not born.
REAKTOR is intended to be the place where entrepreneurs are made.
Tobias is an entrepreneurial minded lawyer, networker and digital enthusiast, who loves building new things and breaking new ground: Tobias has been active in the Berlin startup scene for more than 10 years. He helped build up the German Startups Association and co-founded a machine vision classifier, to link locations with emotions. Later he managed in the interim one of Berlin’s first coworking spaces/startup hubs – The Place, formerly Rainmaking Loft Berlin. Since then, he has been active as an Investor at Sunbo Angel Partners. Furthermore and besides professional activities, throughout all the years he is supporting the local and international exchange between startups, investors as well as established companies and state institutions through Polish Berlin Tech, Polish Tech Night or Startups.Berlin and other personal activities.
After a career in management consulting in Germany, Japan and Switzerland he dived into the startup scene in Berlin and has been heavily involved ever since. For seven years he built and managed Rainmaking Loft Berlin / The Place, a physical startup only coworking space, that had its own event rooms and café/bar called Le Labo.
He is an active business angel, has served on numerous startup pitch juries, speaks regularly at startup events and provided mentor advice within several startup accelerators.
In Tobias' opinion it is essential to bring people together to create something new and exciting. This can be startups only, but also other parts of society to discuss overarching topics like female entrepreneurship or the future of business. He wants to help educate the political decision makers about the true issues that the startup scene is tackling every day.
