Traditional hiring tools and software solutions were designed with companies in mind and therefore to improve the work of talent teams. But these tools were not designed for candidates and therefore don’t address how they feel. So candidates still need to deal with a painful blackbox hiring experience. And this blackbox is further enhanced as most hiring nowadays occurs digitally. With Jetty we are illuminating the hiring blackbox and enabling candidates a more transparent and inclusive hiring process in a dedicated hiring portal. For companies Jetty is an effective way to differentiate their candidate experience in a market where companies have to sell their employer brand to candidates, which are the ones proactively weighting options and carefully selecting their future employer. We from Jetty strongly believe that hiring needs to be more human, inclusive, informative, and enjoyable than it is today. With Jetty we took the first step in this direction of a new hiring standard.
