She is a recognized expert for all topics related to recruiting & leadership in the innovation age and provides her expertise as an author, business angel, speaker and consultant for German politics. She began her career in 2006 as assistant to the management of Spreadshirt – a German e-commerce pioneer – and subsequently shaped the management and organizational structures of companies that are now among the beacons of the German innovation landscape.
